Visa on arrival
The arrival on visa can be obtained at all land borders
and international airports. Better to be in possession of a return ticket, as
some companies are sometimes reluctant to take on passengers without a visa or return
ticket.
At airports in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap, provide a photo
ID and about $ 30 (small extra charge if you arrive without photo). At land
borders, officially, the same rate. But in reality, the price varies according
to the degree of small practiced. Those who do not want to subscribe to
previously muniront a visa. And be careful, make sure that the borders are
completely open.
Cambodia eVisa
The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
International Cooperation has created a tourist e-visa that allows to obtain a
tourist visa via the Internet. mfaic.gov.kh Click on "e-visa."
Instead of asking your visa at the embassy, simply
complete the form and pay by credit card (bring $ 30 + $ 7 handling fee). You
will get your visa by email. It will do more to print it and keep on you during
your stay in Cambodia. You need to have a passport photo scanned into the
computer and a credit card.
The site works well overall (sometimes some problems).
But beware, the electronic visa is not accepted everywhere. No problem at
international airports (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap), however all land and sea
border crossings are not equipped to play this type of visa.
Consult imperatively table available on their website
(homepage of the "e-certificate"), indicating the points of entry and
exit ( "Name of the port") valid.
